Rentals are done on a first come, first serve basis. Simply call our office at 621-3001 to make your reservations. Everything is done via phone email and US Mail. A contract is mailed or emailed to you after making initial phone reservations. The inflatable units will be held for you for 7 days while the contract is mailed. When we receive your contract along with a deposit of $40, the reservations are secured. Deposits are used to secure your reservations so no one can book over you. The deposit amount is non-refundable but is applied toward your balance due. Payment can be made in cash, personal check, money order or credit card. Most major credit cards are accepted.
We deliver and setup your inflatable unit for you. We leave it there for you to monitor and come back at the end of your time period to pick it up. The balance due should be paid upon arrival of our delivery personnel. Grass is recommended for setups but we can setup on cement or asphalt as long as we know ahead of time the type of surface you are planning to allocate.
On the week of your party or event a verbal confirmation will be verified with regards to delivery time of setup and pickup.
